At Tastier Kuchele we have always held
the belief that it is the people behind the process that make our products
great. Our people have a passion for teamwork and innovation and most
importantly for delivering quality products to all our customers. We strongly
believe that it is people that make a business what it is and with this in mind
have created a safe and healthy working environment, ensuring that all of our
employees both work safe and get home safe. Our management team has been drawn
from backgrounds as diverse as food manufacturing, sales, innovation, food
technology, logistics management, corporate finance and marketing. This enables
us to understand, predict, and overcome many of the hurdles encountered when
taking a product from an initial concept, through to successful release and
then onto defending its position in a highly competitive Tanzanian market. The
Kuchele Tastier idea is managed by the founder Mr. Mwakazi , a self-made
industrialist
Why our partners like working with us
Tastier Kuchele works hard to actively
engage with our partners at all levels – from identifying emerging trends and working
with our partners to develop market leading products, to understanding supply
chain efficiencies, and utilizing lean manufacturing principles to drive costs
out at all levels of our production process. For many of our customers (Retail
Shops), the Tastier Kuchele Bread is a small part of their overall operations.
As such, we see it as our role to provide extensive category insights into the
market, and work to provide solutions that best match our partner’s specific
needs. As category captains, we work hard to drive new consumers and
consumption occasions that drives ongoing growth for the overall category.
Despite our growing size we remain nimble enough to respond to the rapidly
changing needs of our customers (Retail Shops).
